Training

Allison and I have been training together to run a half marathon in honor of Steve. Last night we reached a big milestone -- 7 miles, more than half the distance of the total race!

Way to go! I ran my half yesterday. Turned out so much better than expected. Don't forget that it is so much different when you are on the course with thousands of others and with a crowd cheering you on. And make sure you try out some Gu (or other supplement) on a couple of your long runs, then use it during your race. It really does work to give you that extra boost when you begin to drag!
